Hi! My name is Meredyth Byrd and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. After several years as a school teacher, I found myself with a deep desire to be able to further help children process and navigate the challenges they faced. That’s what lead me to pursue my Masters degree in Counseling. As a counselor, I enjoy helping my clients work through life-transitions, anxiety, relationships, grief and trauma. With children, I believe that incorporating play into the therapeutic process helps truly enter into a child’s world. My hope is that I create a safe space for you and your family to show up as you are and start the process of healing and growing.
